  • Switzerland: 5–9 business days
  • Rest of the EU and the United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

Self-Pickup

Delivery Terms

Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer within the seller's delivery area unless otherwise agreed. The address provided during the seller’s checkout process is decisive.

If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer bears the reasonable costs incurred as a result. This does not apply if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal. For return costs, the regulations outlined in our withdrawal policy apply.

Transfer of Risk

  • Consumers: The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon receipt of the goods by the customer or an authorized recipient.
  • Businesses: The risk passes to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the shipping provider.
  • Exceptionally, for consumers, the risk also passes to the customer if they commission the shipping provider themselves and the provider was not suggested by the seller.

Right to Withdraw in Case of Non-Availability

The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if self-delivery is incorrect or delayed. This only applies if the seller is not responsible for the non-delivery and has made reasonable efforts to procure the goods. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed, and any payments already made will be refunded without delay.
